Activities are important for all, and those living with difficulties and disabilities may benefit the most from organised leisure-time activities. Activities grow your social group, build skills and confidence, and are fun. At Advocating Care Services, we assist young people living with disabilities through providing extra support, equipment or other things they might need to have an enjoyable and interesting experience. We offer fun activities for you to enjoy with others and improve your social skills.
- Nature Activities - One simple activity is a nature walk — where you can enjoy the open air while learning about the environment. You’ll enjoy things in nature, such as: birds, insects, plants, trees etc.
- Outdoor recreational activities – These include hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, and participating in outdoor team sports.
- Physical activities and exercise – These include bowling, exercise classes, dancing etc.
- Art Activities like origami, painting, crafting with clay, decorating plant pots etc.
- Music Therapy Activities
We’re dedicated to helping you with social support so that you can extend your social connections and keep healthy and active.
